2nd time - great
The first hammock that arrived had a broken wooden rod. I sent 2 photos and the people at Novica acouldn't have been nicer. They immediately contacted me - sent a replacement, made arrangements to ship a new one and it arrived today. It was much better packed and the wood dowel is intact.Also pick up of the broken one was prompt and easy Now I can't wait for spring to unwrap, which I am not doing till then so I hope it is okay as well. As for Novicea their service couldn't be better - prompt and efficient. Just hope there are no problems with the hammock when I finally unwrap. Service gets 5 stars easily
