Inspired by the luxurious embroidered flowers adorning Oaxaca's traditional textiles, Mexican artisans Pablo and Lucy Mendez create an elegant copal wood ornament that captures the region's culture and festive aura in one colorful sphere. This time, the team uses a palette of teal, red and purple hues to hand-paint each floral detail, allowing for a sublime vibe. As the final touch, a little tassel and beads dance at the bottom of the design.

"Absolutely perfect addition to my lighted branch tree"
I bought a lighted bare branch tree from a major retailer this Christmas. This beautiful ornament hangs perfectly and can be seen all the way around. It is such a colorful addition to this new tree. I hope to buy more next holiday season.

Very nice wood sculpture. Carved intricately with, passion no doubt. Much respect to the artisans. That and to their craft etc.

"Piece of art!"
I have several of these bookmarks on hand to give as gifts along with books for the young people in my life. Beautiful little pieces of art, they are sturdy, and also bright enough not to be misplaced. A couple also reside in my art room, peeking brightly out of a glass jar. Highly recommend!
