Pia has taken a very modern approach to textile production. The people who collaborate with her live far from her workshop and used to spend hours each day traveling to work. So Pia moved her knitting machines to her artisans' homes and they no longer have to travel great distances. They are able to spend more time with their families and still earn a living. Pia employs three machine knitters and two hand finishers to create her knitwear collection.show less
