Patzún, a traditional Guatemalan village, is the main inspiration for Meliza Tzay's newest design. Using a palette of intense colors, Meliza paints a set of four pine wood wall accents featuring floral and geometric motifs, making a marvelous piece of art.

Crafted from cedarwood, this decorative plate is beautifully hand-painted with colorful orchids. Costa Rican artisan Jorge Leiton crafts the plate, taking inspiration from the natural wonders of his country.

Lidia Veronica Echenagusia is a Cuban artist that lives in Costa Rica and specializes in different arts and crafts, painting being one of her greatest passions. She took inspiration from her previous work to capture with acrylic paints on canvas and in Expressionist style a woman whose hair houses the most exotic animals and nature. "This series of paintings was born because many people told me I should turn into paintings the handcrafted dolls that I used to make so they could appreciate them in their homes. I am inspired by nature, colors, everything that surrounds me; the strength, weaknesses and dreams of women and human beings in general," says Echanagusia.

Costa Rica is his homeland and his endless source of inspiration. A traditional Costa Rican home surrounded by nature and animals is depicted by Jairo Mora with acrylic paints on canvas and lovely color combinations. The artist paints by holding the brush in his mouth because he has no arms or legs. "I hope that the people who buy my works of art feel as happy as I do while making them and appreciate the effort behind each of them," he says.

Drawing inspiration from Guatemala's flora and fauna, Jose Arriola handcrafts a set of six little hand-painted hearts from terracotta. After a long process that ensures high-quality creations, Jose adds colorful details and polyester cords for hanging the hearts anywhere. The ornaments also come in a sweet cotton pouch for storing them securely.

The Santa Catalina Arch was built by nuns of the town's convent. Over the years, this magnificent architectural work has been a symbol of Antigua Guatemala. Drawing inspiration from the classical view of this precious street, artist Boni uses oil to create a colorful painting with a volcano in the background, symbolizing the country's natural wealth.
