Light Blue Chalcedony and Sterling Silver Dangle Earrings, "Puncak Jaya in Blue"

Balinese artisan Dewi Putera names this design for Puncak Jaya, the highest mountain in Indonesia and indeed in Oceania. Despite being just 4 degrees from the equator, it supports several glaciers on its slopes. These sterling silver dangle earrings feature ornately detailed cone shapes, further embellished by sky blue chalcedony stones. The artisan adds the swirls and silver granules traditional to Balinese silverwork.
