"Pretty petals"
This ring has a pretty flower pattern all around; but, I was disappointed in the color. The pink was much lighter in the actual ring, while I was looking forward to the color pink as shown in the picture.

"A Loveely Piece!"
This ring is a delicate shade of pink set off by the beautiful metalwork it sits in. It fits perfectly and looks so feminine on the finger. I am planning to get the bracelet that compliments it and look forward to wearing them together for many years. Thank you, Buana, for your stunning workmanship!

"Beautiful"
Love Moon ring is very attractive when worn. The dyed pink color of the pearl matches the bracelet, earrings and Pendant necklace with the same type of pearls by the same designer. I like the simplicity of the ring which makes the pink pearl stand out. The artistic silver work around the ring is as pictured.

"Exceeded my expectations"
This ring is just beautiful. A lot of bang for the buck, it looks way more expensive. The design & contrast of the polish & oxidation, the sparkle of the stones…a perfect blend of artistry & craftsmanship. This is my second piece by Buana.

Very disappointed. Citrine is actually a very cloudy ametrine. And amethyst is so small and dark that you cant tell what it is Im not going to return the ring because it is too much trouble.

"Six Stars!"
These earrings are a cut above what I was expecting and I had already made plans to return them as I bought another set of Novica earrings. Well, they are so beautiful I may just have to keep them! The Peridot stones are absolutely breathtaking and of course the setting is perfectly executed. I give credit fully to Buana for the masterful presentation. Simply gorgeous! Worth 6 stars.

"Pretty but not quite what I expected."
Beautiful piece. Gorgeous contrast between shiny, intricate silver work and the black onyx. Very rich looking. I planned to wear it on a collar necklace I bought from another NOVICA artisan but it is a tad smaller than I expected. One of my nicer chains may be better. I can hear the compliments now.

Buana has received 14 microcredit loans with 0% interest from Kiva and Novica, the first for $2400 and the most recent for $7000. Proceeds were used to invest in a purchase of natural gemstones and silver for his jewelry.
Caring for Children
When Buana first began to work, he was fearful that he would be unable to care for his first child. Now he proudly cares for two.
