“Disappointing purchase”

If, from the photos, you are expecting this item to be petite and delicate, be warned, it is not. The pendant is large and rather clumsy looking in person; I was immensely disappointed when I saw it. Had I realized its actual size, I would not have ordered this item, and I do not recommend it. To the web designers at Novica, it would help to have some sort of reference object in your jewelry photos, or to have photos of people actually wearing the items, to accurately gauge their size. This has been a consistent problem with your jewelry section, and it would be great if you could take steps to improve it.

“Not what I thought....”

I bought this as a gift. It looked cute and petite in the picture. In person it is much larger. Not to my liking. A photo with a model wearing it would have been helpful.
