She crafts her unique design from cardboard which is features the relief image of a gecko, surrounded by multicolored dotted swirling motifs and topped by a spring of stainless steel that emerges from the plastic lid. To play the instrument, simply hold the base and whirl the spring around to create a fun, echoing sound.
