The item is beautiful, however, there was some accident with it. When I Wear it second time all of a sudden the thread broke and beads crumbled. I contacted NOVICA and very soon get new necklace sent to me. Beads from old one I collected (disaster happened in my house, so I was able to gather beads) I sent to NOVICA.
