“Beautiful and poorly made”

I bought this and it fell apart after a few wearings. Novica replaced it, and the replacement fell apart too. The stones are strung on cheap thread that wears out and breaks. Good jewelry should last a lifetime. Will never buy from this artisan again.

“Gratitude”

The item is beautiful, however, there was some accident with it. When I Wear it second time all of a sudden the thread broke and beads crumbled. I contacted NOVICA and very soon get new necklace sent to me. Beads from old one I collected (disaster happened in my house, so I was able to gather beads) I sent to NOVICA. I am very grateful to customer service of solving my problem and giving me joy to wear this beautiful necklace.

“Aventurine dangle earrings”
