This absolutely gorgeous shawl is made from some of the finest silk Ive ever had the privilege to touch. It is so soft and light, yet sturdy and the batikking is impeccable! I love the black version, as it shows up the print so beautifully! It almost has a vintage Arts and Crafts feel to the pattern. Nice enough to display in ones home - the bedroom perhaps...? I have since thought of getting another color either for myself or a very good friend or family member...well worth it.

This colorful shawl is not overpowering with color, but can coordinate with most things I own. It's light as a feather...yet is warming. I'm so very glad to own it. Thank you

It is thinner than i thought it would be but still not to thin to be fragile (for people like me anyway, who tend to get fragile materials damaged no matter how much we try to look after them) and its nice on a cool summer evening or over a jumper in winter (not that i have had any such weather to try it yet). I love brown but wanted some colour as well, that was not to bright so while brown looks good with colours like white it matches much more . And the material feel beautiful and soft.
