Behind this set of nine lovely holiday ornaments lies a story of resilience: they are inspired by the Chekutty dolls that were created in India in 2018 during the aftermath of the floods that devastated the state of Kerala and that were crafted from found saris collected after the event. These ornaments of three different sizes are a tribute to the dolls that symbolize the people's will to overcome tragedy. They are handcrafted from viscose, embroidered with rayon and zari yarn, stuffed with polyfill for the heads and feature cotton cords for decoration and hanging. The set presented by Asha Prabha comes with a polyester pouch to store the ornaments.

I love this bag! It has quickly become my go to bag for everyday! It is romy enough to hold my cell phone and wallet, but is still lightweight. The colors and textures on this item are even more beautiful in person. Thank you so much Asha Prabha for his lovely bag!
