Carved by hand from sese wood, this original African mask depicts a proud elephant. Emmanuel Opoku Asante adds applications of white clay to give his design an aged, antique effect, and adorns the forehead with aluminum repoussé. He names this mask Osuno ti, which means "elephant head" in the Twi language of Ghana's Akan people.

"Beautiful Handcrafted Piece"
