A sapphire peacock of golden wings and an emerald and sapphire tail is the proud national bird of India. It graces the cover of this handcrafted journal, whose back cover replicates an ancient postcard with a court stamp paper and immigration stamp. The screen printed images are bordered by olive green cotton, including the ribbon. From Asha Prabha, the journal features 48 pages of blank handmade paper.

“She really, really liked it!”

I bought this for my friend who has multiple journals going at the same time. I didnt pay attention to the details and it was smaller than I expected, but my friend made it her purse journal. The journal is exquisite! What a winner as a gift to someone who journals, or should.

“Beautiful bag in exquisite embroidered design!”

This bag is embroidered in a beautiful design with Fall colors. The needlework is exquisite and very detailed. The bag folds flat for easy storage, and it is large enough to accommodate essentials [i.e.cell phone, compact, keys, small hairbrush, lipstick, etc.]. There is a zippered compartment. This will look lovely with a black outfit, or any outfit containing the Fall colors that are in the bag. I plan to spray with Scotchguard prior to using, to protect it from stains and spills.
