Hand Carved Suar Wood Woman Statuette from Bali, "Gadisku"
With a carefree expression on her face, a beautiful woman poses gracefully in this statuette by Balinese artisan Wayan Rendah. Handcarved from suar wood, great attention to detail is given to the woman's flowing hair and billowing skirt. The natural grain of the wood accentuates the wonderful design, which would make a lovely addition to home decor. The name Gadisku comes from the Indonesian word meaning "my girl."

"Exactly what I wanted for my husband!"
After almost 52 years of marriage. Valentine's Day has become a real challenge. We don't need anything. As soon as I saw this sculpture, it touched my heart and I knew he would love it! I have attached a picture of it in his office. He loves it too! Thank you for making his Valentine's Day special!
