“Bad quality”

I loved this necklace, it was one of my favorites. Stones are of good quality but beads falled apart again. I have it for 3 years. I expected to be knotted in a better way as I sent feedback before with another necklace that I bought from the same artisian.

I received completely different color. Expected orange/ red color but it s garnet/wine color.
