Working in sterling silver with his characteristic "Buddha's curls" motif, Zayd Makarim of Bali crafts a fabulous cocktail ring. Like a limpid pool, a cool blue topaz weighing a generous 11 carats centers the ring. The gemstone's checkerboard facets refract the light beautifully for a ring that will stop traffic.
