Ocean blue, turquoise and rain forest green dance with lilac and aqua in a riot of festive patterns. Covering a crystalline vase with a spectrum of color, Seguso Family artisans create a joyous design. They work in the age-old techniques of Murano glass brought from Italy to Brazil by Mario Seguso in 1954.

The presence of air bubbles accentuates the nature of the traditional hand blown crafting process, making each piece unique.

An incredible glass piece!”

Fast shipping from Brazil! Very well packaged! Arrived perfectly! An incredible addition to my many glass pieces from this family! They are the best I have seen, comparable to Murano but even better! Very fun and beautiful! I highly recommend anything offered on their site! Truly thanks from my heart for a beautiful home accessory!

Preserving Traditions

Preserving Traditions

Mario Seguso, the patriarch of the Seguso Family, was born in 1929 in Venice, Italy to one of the oldest and most famous blown glass artisan families on the island of Murano. His ancestors have crafted art glass since 1300. In 1956, Mario created his own workshop in Brazil. He has passed on his knowledge to his sons, grandsons and the artisans working with him. He is proud to have many assistants and to have trained eight glass masters in his workshop.
