Depicting a face with a tall forehead, this African mask is hand-carved from sese wood, detailed with lovely patterned and finished in brown and black. Ghanaian artisan Paul Ababisa creates this mask, which is named Tsotsologa, meaning "it is good for me" in northern Ghanaian. The head of a bird is realized at the top.

"One of my favorite masks"
First, I bought this mask as a present to a friend but in the end I decided to keep it for myself. I love the look, the great quality and the neat work. My congrats to the artist!
