This is our second purchase from Alejandro de Esesarte. Sunset in Sayulita was our first piece. We get so many compliments from friend, neighbors, and family. I did add a small LED red light to the sunset to showcase at night. Sunset in Sayulita is at our Front Entrance and the Heron is on our seawall in the backyard. Might try to add a blue LED to the water of the Heron. Alejandro's work is magnificent and worth every penny. Looking to get the Pelican and Turtle next.

Beyond Expectations

This 'butterfly tree' sculpture far surpasses our expectations! The detail is extraordinary, the colors are even richer than shown on the website and the workmanship is beyond reproach. Because of the weight and size of this art work, we have not yet hung it on our patio. When we have done so, I will update the review with photos. I have looked for almost ten years for wall art to cover an obtrusive telephone box on the stucco wall in one corner of our patio. Because the box extends almost 4" out from the wall and is over 6" wide it has been difficult to find anything to truly cover this ugly spot in our otherwise lovely patio area. This 'butterfly tree' will not only cover the box, but is going to elevate the patio to a whole new level of pleasure for us. Additionally, we can enjoy this art from inside, as our family room windows look out onto the patio and this corner of the house. It is going to be perfect and we can hardly wait to get the 'tree' planted!
