I purchased this box as a sweet gift for my 18-year old for Valentines Day. It arrived in plenty of time, and was incredibly beautiful. I was a little apprehensive just because of the medium used, but since I have had such lovely experiences with Novica in the past, I went ahead and purchased it. I had no idea that papier mache could come out so beautifully. The quality of the workmanship was beyond what I was hoping for. It was absolutely meticulously made and packaged beautifully as well. This little wooden box is even more beautiful than it's picture portrays! The palette of colors that Gung Gus uses is particularly attractive. I have a passion for unique artisan made boxes! This one is like the rendering of a 'detail' from a great tapestry! The interior is perfectly finished too.
