"Exceeded my expectations"
This ring is just beautiful. A lot of bang for the buck, it looks way more expensive. The design & contrast of the polish & oxidation, the sparkle of the stones…a perfect blend of artistry & craftsmanship. This is my second piece by Buana.

Very disappointed. Citrine is actually a very cloudy ametrine. And amethyst is so small and dark that you cant tell what it is Im not going to return the ring because it is too much trouble.

"Six Stars!"
These earrings are a cut above what I was expecting and I had already made plans to return them as I bought another set of Novica earrings. Well, they are so beautiful I may just have to keep them! The Peridot stones are absolutely breathtaking and of course the setting is perfectly executed. I give credit fully to Buana for the masterful presentation. Simply gorgeous! Worth 6 stars.

Buana is a master silversmith. He designs and crafts his jewelry collection using a combination of traditional and modern jewelry making techniques. Buana and his silversmiths share their knowledge and train younger artisans that join the workshop.
Microcredit Financing
Buana has received 14 microcredit loans with 0% interest from Kiva and Novica, the first for $2400 and the most recent for $7000. Proceeds were used to invest in a purchase of natural gemstones and silver for his jewelry.
Caring for Children
When Buana first began to work, he was fearful that he would be unable to care for his first child. Now he proudly cares for two.

Buana provides for the education of his two children.
