Fretwork inspired by Incan cultural figures adorns the edges of this versatile scarf from Peru's Waldo Berrios. Knit from soft alpaca fleece blended with acrylic and wool, the reversible scarf has the pre-Hispanic motif in alabaster against a black background on one side and vice-versa on the other.

"Gorgeous Alpaca Scarf!"
Mr. Berrios designs and creates beautiful scarfs and other textiles. The colors are vibrant and the quality is perfect. I will buy from him again in the future . I appreciate Novica for giving us the opportunity to shop with these incredible artisan around the world.

"Comfy and beautiful ruana"
The material is a blend that includes 5% wool. Unfortunately, I have allergy to wool and my neck itches when I wear the ruana directly on the skin. This problem is easily solved but I would encourage Mr. Berrios to consider replacing wool with a different material, maybe more alpaca wool in the blend.
