Working with recycled plastic, Costa Rican artisan Karolyn Cruz creates each little bird using traditional techniques that allow her to add a distinctive touch to each item. After adding brass jingle bells to the pieces, the artisan joins her creation with nylon strings and galvanized wires, creating a gorgeous mobile.
