Recycled Paper Bead Handmade Earrings, "Modern Raspberry"
By Akwele Suma, these handcrafted earrings combine beads made from recycled paper with diminutive black disks cut from plastic bottles. Sese wood globes and brass hooks complete the original design.
The artist uses the paper at hand so paper colors will vary, making each design a unique example of handcrafted art. These beads receive a protective coat of clear nail polish.

"Beautiful workwomanship!"

Ordered these (orange) earrings because I was so pleased with blue earrings of the same style that Id purchased before. The paper that was used for the orange earrings has quite a bit of white on it and I wish they had been more orange. Workwomanship is excellent!
