Housed within the body of a great owl, Mary and Joseph celebrate the birth of Jesus in this sculpture from Peru. Dionisio Rojas handcrafts the sculpture of ceramic, which is finished with a hand-painted design. Joseph and Mary wear formal Andean clothing. The sculpture can double as a tealight holder.
