Light Green Jade and Sterling Silver Drop Earrings, "Jupiter Rain in Green"

Using jade obtained in the foothills of the Sierra de las Minas in Zacapa, Guatemala, Pablo Roquel cuts, carves, and polishes these ethereal apple green teardrops until they are smooth and lustrous. The droplets are suspended on sterling silver ear wires, which are buffed to a high polish for brilliant contrast.

"Very elegant jade earrings"
I love these earrings designed by Mr. Roquel. The black and light green jade stones are polished and the right size without feeling heavy when worn. It s elegant enough to be worn for special evenings out, or in daytime with casual dresses or even jeans. Nice and very noticeable earrings.

"Stud earrings"
They are beautiful earrings, but the posts are larger than I expected and are a little too big for my ears. Maybe a better fit for a male versus a female.

"Unique"
I like this pendent for its uniqueness. It has a good weight on it. I do wish the carvings would be a bit deeper uniformly. The carvings was done faintly on mine when I received it and despite washing with soap and water, it didnt turn up better either.
