The Maya Artists of the Yucatan carry on the ancient tradition of sleeping in hammocks, diligently hand-weaving this comfortable double hammock from nylon yarns in colors of black and natural that form stripes. For the ancient Maya, the hammock was compared to a mother's loving embrace, reflected in the loving care the artisans pour into this handcrafted accessory.

"This was a gift"

"Beautifully crafted and designed"
I have always wanted a Mexican hammock and I love this one. It transports me to Mexico every time I lie in it. The colors and design go great with my modern outdoor furniture. It is so comfortable to lie in and look up to the sky and the trees. Do yourself a favor and get one!

"This is beautiful"
I bought this item as a gift for my sister, who has a beautiful garden. She loved it. Now she can relax outside with a book, or take a nap !

"The Best Gift"
Hammocks are wonderful for almost any occation. For the very old and young, the active and those at rest. I use mine for camping, my mom uses hers for reading, and keeping her grand daughter occupied. Wonderfully made. Thank you.

"Love my hammock"
I love my hammock! It s beautifully made, very sturdy, and incredibly comfortable. It comes with ropes to hang the hammock, but I prefer hammock straps so I use those instead. The loops where you hook the hammock to a rope/strap/etc. are very strong and sturdy. 15/10 would recommend these hammocks :)
