"Masterpiece Around My Finger"
A true sterling silver must have!! Its the piece that captures others eyes and leads to conversation. With larger rings, I wear, they tend to move around my finger but this novica jewel it hugs my finger like it was made just for me. The back, if needed, can be pulled apart slightly if more room is needed to fit your finger. The artistry of this ring is detailed and unique, and I luv it. Very well made n sturdy piece of jewelry, well worth the money. Thumbs up to the artist, its a beauty, thank you!!!!

"Love this ring!"
I bought this ring years ago for me and wear it daily. Then I bought one for my daughter who loves it too. And I just bought it again as a gift to a friend who had admired it. Ive been asked many times by others and always direct them to Novica. This ring is a winner!!!

"Sun wrap ring"
I LOVE wearing this ring! This ring does adjust and fits almost to my 1st knuckle on my middle finger. I get SO many compliments on this ring. It is quite a statement and controversial piece.

"Hill Tribe Sun ring"
I absolutely love this. It is eye-catching and unique. Only wish I could have ordered it in a size 10 so that it would also fit on my middle finger. However, it fits comfortably on my ring finger and looks good there, too.

"Love it!"

Achara is not only a talented jewelry artisan but is also a kind, dedicated entrepreneur. Her workshop has several full-time workers, and she provides work for a number of part-time silversmiths. Her part time collaborators are hill tribe artisans who struggle to survive. To ensure that these artisans have enough income to live on; Achara continually orders their silverwork and pays for it in advance. She does this even though she may have no orders for their work at the time. She is able to do this because of her Novica customers who provide a stable, steady income for her workshop.
Preserving Traditions
Achara's workshop uses traditional silversmithing techniques to produce centuries-old designs as well as contemporary pieces inspired by Thai culture. Many artisans have been trained in her workshop. They learn not only traditional jewelry making but also how to apply modern quality control standards.
Enabling Education
Achara's children are of university age. She currently pays for her daughter's higher education and, next year, she will also pay for her son's.
Empowering Women
The Women's Empowerment badge is awarded to female artisans or artisan groups that are led by women.
