Handmade Red Adinkra Wood Decorative Box from Ghana, "Good Cause"

Signifying support for good causes, the Adinkra symbol Woforo Dua Pa is depicted on the lid of this decorative box from Ghana. Habib Mustapha designs this box, handcrafted from coast redwood and accentuated by embossed aluminum on the designs and corners. One side of the box's exterior displays a heart shape while the other depicts the Adinkra symbol Nyame Biribiri Wo Soro, which signifies hope.
