"I was born in the Mexican state of Guanajuato. I am a craftsman who makes fine leather goods.

"I have always considered myself a craftsman with passion for my work. This has led me to be very keen to offer an article of the highest quality and with a lot of attention to detail. I learned this work based on observation and being attentive to the advice of the artisans around me.

"I love being able to make designs that I know will last many years in the hands of my shoppers. I'm very aware of the commitment I have to make each piece a unique and quality piece of leather work.

"I'm very observant, and I like to see the deepest side of everything and the circumstances that surround me. This leads me to visualize each of my designs in a richer and more passionate way. In my mind, I consider how each model will look, and which color is most appropriate. I love sharing this vision with shoppers.

"Every step in the process, from learning to cut the leather, to designing the piece and then to assembling and sewing it, helps me give life to the idea in my mind.

"My family members participate very actively in this project, allowing us to work in a wonderful way that permits us to learn. Each idea is taken into account and carried out. Our work contributes to the local economy, beginning with the tannery where the leather is processed all the way to the finished backpack, bag or travel accessory.

"Our goal today is to share our work and the quality that characterizes us and, in this way, promote our workshop on a larger scale."
