This little toucan has his beak open wide to sing his greetings to you. Artisan Elena Herrera of Costa Rica handcrafts this blown glass figurine and adds colorful details with glass paint. This lovely little toucan has blue feet, traditional black and yellow plumage, and swirls of green, red, yellow, and blue on his beak.
The very nature of hand-blown glass artistry implies the possibility of miniscule air bubbles and/or slight imperfections. This is part of the charm of this art form, for it ensures that no two pieces will ever be identical.

"A Toucan Conducting A Sing-Along"
A teeny and tiny toucan for my collection that makes a huge impact and statement. He is just so cute and he nestles not so quietly in amongst some of the smaller toucans that share space with me. He somehow reminds me of an opera singer going through the musical scales prior to taking the stage for a performance. If not that, he may be trying to get some of my other toucans to join him in a sing-a-long. Whatever his motivation, he is another colorful addition and using glass in producing him, makes as another interesting and fun addition to my collection.

"Lovely work of art"
I have a hummingbird wind chime hanging from the ceiling in my bedroom. It is so beautiful. I am going to hang this lovely little bird from that. Im so glad I purchased this. Ms. Herrera is quite talented.

"Beautiful"
These hummingbirds are stunning. Size appropriate and fabulous detail. These were well wrapped and arrived safely. Would definitely give these as a gift again.
