Handcrafted Celadon Ceramic Vase from Thailand, "Blue Wonder"

Perforations highlight the deep blue wonder of this ceramic vase. Kanda creates floral magic on the rounded surface using traditional gae sa lak techniques, a traditional Thai sculptural process used in carving for decorative purposes. The piece is then glazed in the traditional celadon method, giving it rich pockets of glaze where the design is cut in and a lightly crackled antique appearance. This beautiful piece is carved with a delicate organic shape, recalling lush foliage in an alluring vine-like formation.

"The perfect daily table pitcher and plate"
