"Happy Wife"

"First one good, second one not good!"
I have purchased 2 of these. The first one was about 5 years ago and I was pleased with it. When it started to wear out last year I bought another one. The fabric quality of the second one was awful. It was so fragile it ripped just handling it. I tried to get a refund but it was adifficult and I gave up. I may order another one on the chance the poor quality of the last one was just a fluke.
