Carved Wood Wall Art, "Moon Shadow"
"One night I stood there watching the moon, studying it, and I could make out what seemed to be the image of a woman sitting on it. It looked so beautiful, I had to try and carve it on wood," recalls Ghanaian artist Daniel Asante. He carves the wall adornment by hand, expertly coaxing the grain of the sese wood into detailed artwork that inspires peace.

"Perfect"
I love Moon Shadow. It is very romantic, dream like and soft. It hangs in my livingroom along with a few Dreamcatchers . It looks fabulous.

"The detail is stunning"
I like to sit in another chair across the room and stare at this one. It?s simply an amazing piece of art that is great to sit on, they have withstood the teenaged football players test. I plan to purchase a few more from this artist.
