Working in an expressionist style that evokes Indian folk art techniques, Sunil Jaiswal paints this multimedia composition. He uses watercolor, acrylic, and ink on handmade paper to create this auspicious depiction of the Hindu god Ganesha. Sitting behind an orange triangle with intricate motifs, the Hindu god is depicted with two heads, holding one hand in a symbol of peace with a bowl of his favorite dessert, laddu, in the other hand. His mouse companion munches on a snack in the foreground. This depiction is known as Dvimukha Ganapati, or "two-faced Ganesha."
