Batik Rayon Kimono Jacket in Mint and Magenta from Bali, "Fall Design"

Inspired by fall, Balinese artisan Endah creates this entrancing kimono jacket. Crafted from silky rayon, the jacket is decorated using the batik method; a wax resist is stamped by hand onto the fabric before it is treated with colorful dyes, resulting in floral motifs in magenta against a body of green. The jacket can be worn open or closed with a single plastic button.
