This sweater is a WOW!
I loved this sweater from the moment I opened the package! The fit is perfect, and it looks great with blue jeans. I m impressed with the quality too. This sweater will be in my closet for many years to come.
Receiver loved this gift!
I got this for my mom for Christmas and she loves it. It keeps her nice and warm (which is a huge task) and she loves the design. Its been a year and its the go-to jacket.
Beautiful colors and patterns!
This is a delightful combination of luscious colors and patterns...so cheerful for wearing in winter. Hope to see more lovely sweaters from this artist. Thank you so much!!
Endah Batik clothing
Batik Rayon Kimono Jacket in Mint and Magenta from Bali, "Gingko Leaf"
Inspired by fall, Balinese artisan Endah creates this lovely pair of shorts. Crafted from suave rayon, these shorts are decorated using the batik method; a wax resist is stamped by hand onto the fabric before it is treated with colorful dyes, resulting in entrancing mint green and magenta leaf motifs. These shorts feature a drawstring around the waist and two pockets on the sides.
Batik Rayon Caftan in Mint and Magenta from Bali, "Gingko Leaf"
Inspired by fall, Balinese artisan Endah creates this lovely caftan. Crafted from suave rayon, this caftan is decorated using the batik method; a wax resist is stamped by hand onto the fabric before it is treated with colorful dyes, resulting in entrancing mint green and magenta leaf motifs. A tie cinches this caftan at the waist for a flirty look.
Fuchsia and Multi-Color Striped Acrylic Knit Ruana, "Garden Strata"
Alfredo Falcon of Peru designs this striped acrylic ruana with bold colors and a mixture of geometric motifs. A touch of baby alpaca, the fine fleece from the season's first shearing, adds to the ruana's warmth and feel. Coconut shell buttons define a sleeve when buttoned. Lightweight, the ruana makes a wonderful layering piece.
Alfredo Falcon learned the craft of weaving from his parents, who learned from their parents before them. He says, “We have been a family devoted to the world of textiles for generations. I use modern colors but I remain true to Incan and colonial motifs.”
Fuchsia and Purple Batik Rayon Tunic from Bali, "Balinese Twilight"$99.95
Perfect for covering up during temperate seasons, this lovely tunic is created by Wayan Arta and Sharon in Bali. They craft this tunic from suave rayon, decorated using the batik method; a wax resist is hand-stamped onto the fabric before it is treated with dyes, resulting in vibrant hues of fuchsia, lilac, and violet, decorated with elegant vine motifs.
