Shaped on the potter's wheel, an elegant vase raises a long, slender neck toward a flaring lip. Kanda flattens the base to form a stylized square. She colors the smooth contours in rich green, using the ancient celadon glaze technique. It results in a fascinating crackled appearance.

"The perfect daily table pitcher and plate"
