This handsome all-wool area rug is from Porfirio Gutierrez in Mexico, who is preserving his family's legacy of creating all-natural dyes for their hand-woven textiles. He creates a brick-like pattern in neutral shades ranging from smoky beige to dark taupe, accented with carbon black. Gutierrez' work has been featured in several museums, including the Smithsonian.
