“Sailing has always been practiced by our ancestors. Every region in Indonesia has differences in how to calculate wind direction. Sailors will use the stars as a guide when they are in the middle of the sea. This artwork conveys always having the courage to sail through life,” says Javanese artist Pramono Hadi of this striking abstract piece.
