Working with her mother and her husband, Yuni Kristina specializes in batik art. She creates this silk shawl with the batik technique, where a wax resist is used to stamp the geometric patterns before submerging the fabric in dye. The floral parang motifs come to life in tangerine, sand, peach, and ivory. Parang motifs were traditionally reserved for the royalty of Indonesia, available here in this beautiful accessory.
