Talavera-Style Ceramic Pumpkin Lantern from Mexico, "Floral Pumpkin"

Crafted from ceramic in the shape of a pumpkin and painted by hand in the traditional Talavera style, this Mexican lantern is decorated with lovely flowers and bird motifs. The talented artisans of the Gamez Family create this lantern, which features a multitude of little holes that allow light to pass through. The lantern surrounds a small round base for holding a candle.
