Signed Ceremonial Mask Cotton Batik Wall Hanging, "Ceremonial Mask"
This original and one-of-a-kind wall hanging from Edward Adeniran is crafted using the batik method, where a wax resist is applied to fabric to create the desired patterns. The fabric is then dyed in one or more colors, and the wax is removed. The artisan uses 100% cotton and dyes in yellow, red and brown for this hanging, and creates an elaborate design featuring a ceremonial mask.
