Named Okomfo Anokye, after a traditional priest from the Asante Empire, this sculpture is carved entirely by hand from a single piece of sese wood. Ghanaian artisan Christian Kewsi Tawiah creates this rustic sculpture, depicting his subject as he runs with a stool held high in one of his hands.
