Saint Lucy, now venerated in many places around the world, is the main inspiration for Brazilian artisans Alice and Ana Ribeiro, who craft a ceramic sculpture of the saint holding a palm leaf and a pair of eyes, symbolizing the miraculous prophecy Lucy made as her end approached.
