A spatula with a single hole is designed and crafted by hand by Guatemalan artisan Pablo Chumil using hormigo wood. The purpose of the hole is to get more air into the dough and make it more spongy in the process. It features a long handle to prevent the rest of the spatula from heating up and a natural finish that will shine best when seasoned with cooking oil after use.

The long handles and slightly pointed shape of these spatulas make them ideal for stirring stews and soups while getting into the corners of a deep pot. Its nice that one of the spatulas is slotted, in case one needs to drain chunk of meat pulled from the pot.

The dark warm finish is beautiful; the long handle makes the spoon perfect for stirring stews and soups in tall pots.
You can find our wood spatula 'Kitchen Moments' by Pablo Chumil in tableware categories such as Backyard Barbeque Serveware, Wood Serveware and Serving Utensils Serveware. Enjoy exploring these sections for other Novica treasures.
