Christmas Eve comes to Mexico's Sierra Madre, home to the Huichol people. Miguel Diaz creates this elegant nativity scene in shades of blue. The terracotta figurines are coated in beeswax and tiny seed beads are applied one by one to achieve the lovely motifs. The set includes Mary, Joseph and little Jesus, the Three Kings, an angel, two shepherds and five small animals.
