This charming serving set of bowl and spoon is created by Ivan Martinez in Mexico, who works in the traditional style of Talavera ceramics to craft it. The small bowl and spoon are carefully hand-painted with multicolored floral motifs.

"second time its faulty"
The first dispenser had a chip on the threaded top which caused the pump to not attach. I opted for an exchange of the item. It arrived after Christmas (on New Years Eve) and had a matt finish rather than shiny glaze. The pump did not attach to this one either.
