This ultra-feminine weskit-style blouse is the original creation of Antonio Cajahuanca in Peru. Crafted from soft blue cotton, the shapely blouse features a rounded v-neckline with a collar, elbow-length sleeves, a scalloped hemline and elegant soutache embroidery.

"I had to smile"
The very first day I wore this new jacket, a stranger on line behind me at the store told me how much she loved it and wanted to know where I got it. That tells you how wonderful and unusual it is! This is a very light jacket, almost like a shirt, and its not very long. Good for warmer months. Great color. Wonderful detailing. Love it.

Crisp white beautiful detailing looks so good dressed up or super casual fitted but roomy to move around comfortably
